Positions Available:

Survey Department Manager, PLS (Jackson, Wyoming)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinate the development and implementation of firm technical policies and procedures to maintain a high quality of work and client service. Oversee and direct quality control and assurance program as it relates to surveying procedures and work product. Direct, develop and mentor surveying staff, provide project scheduling and communication, review survey plans and resolve project related technical problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Applicant should have experience in the following:

At least 8 years applicable experience in all phases of surveying and analysis and demonstrated ability to consult on large and complex surveying design and analysis problems. Licensed land surveyor or ability to obtain license within 6 months of hire. Familiar with plat research, preparation and recording processes and ability to manage survey crews.


Senior Engineer, P.E. (Driggs, Idaho)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform a wide variety of professional engineering duties in support of assigned projects including water utilities, wastewater treatment plant, traffic engineering, transportation, drainage, construction and environmental engineering; and to ensure the cost-effectiveness of engineering projects. May exercise functional and technical supervision over lower level engineering staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Applicant should have experience in the following:

Bachelor's degree civil engineering or a related field, plus five (5) years of professional engineering experience to include two (2) years direct supervisory experience in a management and/or administrative capacity. Ability to obtain an Idaho PE within six (6) months of hire date. Experience in water and waste water systems design preferred.

Project Manager, P.E. (Jackson, WY)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The PM has full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including negotiating extras, cost control, staffing and quality control. This candidate is also expected to secure profitable new work including estimating fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on large or multiple projects. The PM will coordinate work efforts and review work performed as required. Projects involve diversified engineering work requiring frequent judgment and initiative. This position is responsible for the hiring, supervision, development, evaluation and termination of staff members.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Applicant should have experience in the following:

Five (5) plus years specialization in grading and drainage engineering and project management experience and at least 2 years administrative and supervisory responsibilities. Ability to obtain Wyoming P.E. license within 6 months of hire date.
