Jorgensen Associates was appointed as the City of Swan Valley’s Engineer in 2007. The City of Swan Valley is currently undergoing the process of revising their zoning and subdivision ordinance. As the City of Swan Valley’s Engineer, we have provided guidance as they have re-written their ordinances. We also provide engineering and surveying review and recommendations on proposed projects in the City of Swan Valley.
The City of Swan Valley is having a hearing to receive public comments on their proposed revised zoning and subdivision ordinances on June 9, 2008. The proposed ordinances are available for viewing or download here (Draft Zoning) and here (Draft Subdivision).
